BTS Love Yourself Tour Experience

In one sentence: "A DREAM COMES TRUE!"

But it didn’t run smoothly from the start… we had tickets problem: our tickets seller "went underground" and couldn’t be reached. before our flight my dad tried so hard to make things clear and on the bus to our plane (terminal 1.) I was so frustrated started to cry! Then, the tickets sellers site called us and told us we have open tickets with VIP enter and access to the VIP lounge if we wanted, and I cried no longer from frustration but from pure happiness and bliss.

The Show Day

The tickets were supposed to be sent to us by hand already in Israel and because we didn’t have the actual tickets only a confirmation, I've became a nerve wracking filled with anxiety human being. We of course didn’t wait in our apartment the whole day we went out because who will miss an opportunity to see berlin? and that made me even more anxious. Also, because we needed to go to a specific place to get our tickets.
When we came back to our apartment, I was with such a high temper I couldn’t get my sh*t together and I needed to create their latest album on my eyes (if you know what I mean) and that was so annoying because I had such a heard time with the white eyeliner, I became more annoyed and annoying.  And I won't tell u about the uber…

When we finally came to this specific weird post office, we got our tickets and we found out something big… we had a privet suit at the show!!!!

We came to the arena and went straight to the premium enter while my father went to buy for me and Ido our "ARMY Bombs" (special light sticks of BTS with the ability to change colors by yours or the shows will-2 modes). After he bought them, we all went to the suit and we found out that the suit was amazing! It had big leather chairs instead of the normal chairs, privet bar and restroom, restaurant food, a room with a tv and the funniest thing: earplugs.  Later on I found out that my ARMY Bomb didn’t work and we went all over the arena for help and on the way we met a girl who had the same problem and we helped her (in the end we both got new ones) that the worst of all happened-my phone died and I forgot my mobile charger and I needed to relay on Ido to take pictures and videos of the show and that’s why all of the videos you'll see will be filled with Ido thinking he can sing the words right and screaming (I sang them right).

While we were waiting, they didn’t have a worm up show they used their own music videos, and then the show started and all hell broke! it was amazing! They were all so charismatics and beautiful and handsome and nice and kuahscvbls;djvblidsyhv;j'm[awoighb;kl,!!!!!!! (I'm getting all exited by writing about it).

They have such beautiful voices and they sang live while nailing hard af choreographies!!! I cried, I laughed, I screamed my lungs and I had such a wonderful time I will never ever ever ever forget!!!!

(The videos are no longer than 15 seconds)

How I've Found BTS

I've found out about them on 18 of September – the day their hit song "DNA" came out, and "all I wanted was to know was their names". Once you reach this point there's no going back.
On this day my life changed I discovered such amazing people who went through so much- from death threads to public harassments. From eating disorders to passing out back stage. From being the "joke" of Korea to becoming "Next Generation Leaders" on "Time Magazine".

"You Fight For Them Because They Made You Fight For You"

One of the reasons BTS succeed so much is their music- the importance of their lyrics. For example: their last 3 albums focused on the progress and importance of self-love and its meanings. This era started with the song DNA and ended with Idol:

"DNA" talks about the fact that love is destiny and who you fall in love with is also destiny. LGBTQ+ song

"Fake Love" means that if you can't love or at least respect and accept yourself you want be able to love others and they want love you back as much as they supposed to.

"IDOL" talks about the fact that they indeed learned to love themselves and others opinions & prejudice won't affect them, and they can't be controlled by the music industry and system- "I do what I do so mind your own business… YOU CAN'T STOP ME LOVIN' MYSELF".

2 of their songs which made me wail my eyes out were "Epiphany" and "Answer: Love Myself". You'll probably cry to if you'd have heard the most beautiful voice ever that belongs to Jin sings in "Epiphany": "I'm the one I should love in this world" and in "love Myself": "You showed me I have reasons, I should love myself".

In short; BTS make me laugh cry and love my self and most importantly give me reasons to be me and not to be afraid to live my life the way I want! even if it means crying and laughing at 7 dumb Korean boys and being so da*n in love with them!

The History of K-Pop

My name is Ela and i want to tell you about my faforite music

I'm sure of the fact that when you hear K-Pop you think Gangnam Style well I'm here to change your mind set and educate you about K-Pop!

K-pop (short for Korean Pop) is the music industry and music genre of South Korea.
In K-Pop the music is not the main part of the song, but also the appearance – the visuals play a major part in the song and its popularity.

The Start (1992-2005)

The K-pop industry today wasn't always like this; in 1992 Seo Tai-Ji & Boys debuted with "Nan Arayo". Their debut created the "Korean Wave" also known as "Halluy": the spread of Korean culture around the world. This term became more known after the K-Pop fans in China had a massive "panic attack" over EXO who held a concert in there.

In 1995 "SMTown" was established- the first "K-pop company" which it's purpose was to create the perfect musician who will muster the arts of rapping, singing, dancing and sometimes acting.
This "vision" was born after the founder of "SMTown" went to the US and saw the big names in the western music industry and believed that he found the "perfect formula" for artists. Later on, two more companies were established: "JYP Entertainment" and "YG Entertainment".  soon after competition began and the music industry in South Korea began to rise.

Present Time (more like 2008 'til now)
In 2008 the hype started in Korea too when the boy groups: Big Bang, Super Junior and SHINee and the girl groups: Wonder Girls, Girl Generation (or SNSD) and 4Minute rose to fame\debuted.
Their aesthetic, bright, colorful and fun videos caught the eyes of the audience not only in Korea but internationally too; they're fun to watch M\Vs & easy to learn chirographies also helped. This groups have a major part in the growth of the Hallyu around the world.
this era of time which those groups debuted in is called "2nd Generation" or "The Golden Age of K-Pop". Many believe that this generation paved the way for K-Pop.
More famous groups from the 2nd generation are: BTS, EXO, Monsta X, Red Velvet, Mamamoo, KARA, Got7 and much more.

3th generation are the groups and soloists who debuted in 2015 'till I guess 2020.
Famous groups: Twice, BlackPink, Seventeen, Oh My Girl, NCT 127, Wanna One and Stray Kids

K-Pop became much more famous after BTS received an award at Billboard Music Awards and performed at the AMAS in 2017 (both western music awards shows). This led to a "portal" to the western music industry, BTS created something incredible - they received 3 different prizes, one from their government for the achievement of spreading the Korean culture around the world (2018) (unlike PSY who opened this portal and then closed it in 2012).

How i got into K-Pop is for another blog.
